You may return iPhone cases within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Customized or sale items are not eligible for returns.

4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
